Rowenta Turbo Extreme Silence Developed a Mechanical Noise
I am writing regarding a problem with my Rowenta Turbo Extreme Silence fan, which I purchased from a Tefal Store approximately one week ago for ₺9,000.
Shortly after purchasing the product, I noticed that whenever the fan oscillates, it produces a squeaking noise from the neck mechanism. This noise is clearly audible and significantly reduces the comfort of using a product that is specifically marketed for its quiet operation.
In addition to being disturbing, I am also concerned that this noise may indicate an underlying mechanical defect. If the sound is caused by wear, poor assembly, or another mechanical issue, I am worried that it could worsen over time and potentially lead to further damage to the fan.
One of the main reasons I chose this particular model was because I carefully researched it and specifically wanted a quiet, high-quality fan. Discovering this issue after only one week of use has been extremely disappointing.
For these reasons, I respectfully request that my Rowenta Turbo Extreme Silence fan be replaced with a new, defect-free unit. Since the product is nearly new and the defect appeared almost immediately, I believe a replacement is the most appropriate solution.
I also request that the cause of the squeaking noise be investigated to ensure that the replacement product does not have the same issue.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
