Rowenta RO7695EA Vacuum Hose Torn – Replacement Part Not Sold Separately

October 30, 2025 11:30 PM11

I own a Rowenta RO7695EA vacuum cleaner, and about five weeks ago, a tear occurred in the hose located on the suction head. I don’t remember the exact purchase date or warranty status, but I bought the product from Media Markt.

After the issue occurred, I tried to purchase a replacement hose for the suction head, but I discovered that the hose is not sold separately — it is only available as a complete head unit, and the price is quite high. During my research, I found many similar complaints regarding this part, which leads me to believe that the problem is not due to user error.

I expect the brand to either provide the damaged part (the hose) free of charge or at least make it available separately at a reasonable price. I kindly request a solution and a response regarding this issue.
