Arçelik 6206G Heater Poor Performance Since Day One - Refund Request

I purchased an Arçelik 6206G and since the first day of use I have been dissatisfied with its heating performance. The product does not heat as I would reasonably expect for this model and I have never obtained a satisfactory level of heating from it. I contacted Arçelik service about this problem, and after their check they stated that there was no problem with the device. However, despite this response, the heating performance is still far below my expectations and I am not able to use the product efficiently or with satisfaction. Since I have been experiencing this issue from the date of purchase and have not received a solution that improves the situation, I request a refund for the Arçelik 6206G. I kindly ask you to review my case and finalize my refund request as soon as possible.
