Rossmann Online Order Missing 5 Items – No Response or Refund for Missing Products

I placed an order for 16 items through the Rossmann app on 13.09.2024 (Order No: RSO100777068). After waiting about 10 days, my order finally arrived, but 5 items were missing. I’ve reached out to customer service 4 times, and there’s been no response. Neither have they sent the missing products nor issued a refund. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable. If I don’t receive a response or resolution within 3 days, I will file a complaint with Consumer Rights. Rossmann, it feels like you’re mocking your customers. I expect the missing items to be sent or my money refunded immediately!

You're saying you'll provide feedback continuously, but you're just brushing it off. There is still no response.
