My Rossmann Order Delayed Over 3 Weeks

I placed an order on Rossmann’s website on October 18, 2024, with the understanding that delivery would occur within 1-4 days, as stated. On October 28, I called their customer service (0800 261 7766) to inquire about the delay, and a record was created, yet no update followed. I called again on November 1, was told another record was made, and that they would contact me — but I still received no response. Today, November 5, my order status remains “preparing.”

While I understand delays may occur due to high demand, this has now been over three weeks for a basic shampoo order. I do not want to cancel since I purchased it on discount. I am requesting Rossmann to resolve this promptly and ensure my order is shipped without further delay.

I placed an order on Rossmann's website on October 18, and my products still haven't been shipped. Despite calling customer service three times, no one got back to me. I was contacted by Rossmann regarding my complaint number #30566170, and Ms. Nurdan forwarded it again with an "urgent" note, but my package still hasn't been sent. I can't cancel either, because Rossmann doesn't allow cancellations after the first 60 minutes. The last thing customer service told me was that I could return it by not accepting the package at the door, but since it hasn't been shipped yet, I can't do that either. Including the 39.90 shipping fee, my 872.90 Turkish lira has essentially been taken. I urgently request a refund of this amount; you can keep the products.

Ms. Nurdan got back to me the evening of the day I wrote my complaint, and I thank her for that. However, despite marking it as urgent, my order still hasn't been shipped. Since the cancellation period has expired within 60 minutes, customer service cannot cancel my order. I have already purchased my products from the store. If the shipment arrives, so be it; we have no choice but to send it back from the door.
