Rossmann Canceled My Order Without Informing Me or Issuing a Refund

I placed an order with Rossmann on 06.10.2024 (order number RSO100811046) but decided to return the items before they even arrived at my home. Despite promptly initiating the return process, it is now 05.11.2024, and I still haven’t received my refund. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable.
How can a company justify holding onto my money for such an extended period? I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism from any retailer before. Rossmann’s operations feel disorganized and unreliable. I demand an immediate refund for my returned order. Your handling of this situation has been highly disappointing, and I expect you to resolve this issue without further delay.
