Gratis Order Missing Items - Delay, No Delivery Proof
On March 1, 2024, I ordered a package worth ₺530 through the Gratis app, which had 16 items in it. On March 8, 2024, I gave customer service a ring to ask about why my order was taking so long to get ready, even though it had been quite a while. I was told there's a delay because of discounts, but they guaranteed it would be ready soon. But on March 9, 2024, when I looked at my order status, I saw that it had apparently made it to the store and was picked up by someone, with two items set for return. I reached out to the representative right away but did not get a satisfactory explanation. After that, a store employee reached out to me once more but still didn't provide a satisfactory answer. I didn't get any notification confirming delivery to the store or to the recipient, and it seems like deliveries are made without checking the recipient. This was my initial order using the Gratis app, and I faced a significant inconvenience. I'm posting this here to let others know before taking legal action in the Consumer Rights Court. As a law student, I want to make it clear that I will take legal action through all available means. I want my products delivered quickly.

I would like to say that I still haven't received a response. What is there to drag out this long, really? Everything should be visible from the camera recordings and so on. Why has this been prolonged so much?
