Delayed Refund from Rossmann Online Order
I bought something from Rossmann online on October 3rd. I started the return process before the products even came. It's October 17th today, and I still haven't received the refund in my account. I wouldn't recommend buying things online from Rossmann because they're causing problems for customers. It's really annoying when you have to wait a long time for your refund, especially after you've already sent back the stuff. Companies like Rossmann have to make sure they provide good customer service that is on time and efficient in order to keep customers happy and trusting.

No, it has not been resolved yet. I cannot say it has been resolved until I see the refund amount in the bank. A professional procedure has not been followed in the refund process since October 3rd. I called Customer Relations multiple times, and you did not take care of it. When I wrote my complaint on this portal, you called immediately. Customer satisfaction with their shopping is important to you, but what is truly important is the essence of brand value. In my eyes, Rossmann has lost its brand value.
