Delayed Refund from Rossmann Online Order
I bought something from Rossmann online on October 3rd. I started the return process before the products even came. It's... October 17th today, and I still haven't received the refund in my account. I wouldn't recommend buying things online from Rossmann because they're causing problems for customers.
