Received Poor-Quality Watch Instead of Rolex, Requesting Refund

I ordered a Rolex watch, but the product I received was extremely poor quality and nothing like what I expected. It is clear that this is not the item I paid for. I am highly disappointed and want to return the product immediately.
I demand a full refund for this subpar item and request that my return be processed without further delay. I have already informed a friend about this issue and am considering taking legal action if my complaint is not addressed promptly. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.
