Poor Customer Service Experience at Rhodium Rolex Dealer
I had a disappointing experience with the staff at the Rhodium Rolex dealership. They were unwelcoming to new customers and seemed to deliberately complicate the purchasing process for those who haven’t shopped with them before. While I’m sure not all representatives act this way, the ones I interacted with were dismissive and unhelpful.
I was looking to purchase a simple model, which was available, but the staff prioritized selling more exclusive models to certain well-known individuals. Treating regular customers poorly and making assumptions without getting to know them is unacceptable. It felt as if they weren’t representing a prestigious brand like Rolex but some unknown company. This behavior is truly unbecoming of a Rolex dealership. I hope the company addresses this issue promptly.
