Rolex Ignored My 2001 Order After Multiple Visits – Need Immediate Resolution

In 2001, I placed an order for a Rolex watch, but despite visiting the store ten times, I received no updates or assistance. I feel completely ignored and disrespected by Rolex’s lack of attention to my request. This experience has caused me immense frustration, especially as I failed to fulfill promises made to my wife and son due to this unresolved issue.
I now suspect bad intentions in this matter and feel that my order has been deliberately mishandled. I have repeatedly shared my complaints with the store at Park, but nothing has been done. I demand immediate attention to my case, a proper explanation, and a resolution that restores my trust in Rolex’s reputation for excellence.
