Roidmi Eve Plus Robot Vacuum Battery and Charging Issues

Based on recommendations from friends and family, my brother and I purchased the Roidmi Eve Plus robot vacuum. However, the device has been consistently experiencing various malfunctions. Initially, it would vacuum and mop the house as expected, but now it can't even clean two rooms before the battery runs out. It frequently restarts itself, and recently it started docking at the charging station but doesn’t actually charge. The device has been malfunctioning for more than 15 days this month alone.
We haven't seen anyone else facing such issues with other brands, and it's extremely frustrating. Now, the robot docks but fails to charge, rendering it useless. The repair costs are nearly as high as the product itself! I urgently need a solution or a replacement, as this is not what we expected from a product of this price range. Please address this issue immediately. Thank you.
