I purchased the Samsung VR5000RM robot vacuum trusting the brand’s reputation, but I regret that decision now. The device malfunctions badly—it starts running on its own, doesn’t return to the charging station, and keeps going until the battery dies.
Even when I manually place it on the charging dock, it doesn’t actually charge, and one of the brushes continues spinning nonstop while the other brush doesn’t work at all. This is happening despite the fact that I’ve barely used the vacuum. For a premium brand like Samsung, I expected much better quality and reliability.
