Weplay Wrongly Device-Banned My Account for 5 Months With No Explanation

Even though I used the Weplay chat game for a long time in full compliance with the rules, my account and device have been restricted for about five months, and I believe this was done unfairly. I do not think I violated any rules, yet because of the device ban, I can no longer access my account, and this situation is causing me significant frustration.

I request that my Weplay account be reviewed, that the unfair device ban be lifted, and that my account be reopened. I have not made any payments and do not have any financial loss, but being unable to access an account I invested effort into—with no explanation or reason given—has left me feeling wronged.

I ask that my account and device be reactivated, that any alleged violation (if it exists) be clearly explained to me, and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
