My Free Fire account with ID 2847576208 has been unfairly banned for approximately 1.5 years. Other than a general notice stating that my account was suspended, no reason has ever been provided, and I do not know why the ban was applied.
At the time the ban occurred, I had made multiple diamond purchases, and my monthly membership was active. Despite this, I cannot log into the game, and I also cannot access the Free Fire support request page using my banned account. Because of this, I was forced to submit support requests through the help center using a different account.
Even though I have submitted many support tickets in the past, I have never received a response. My most recent ticket has been ignored for 13 days, and about 15 minutes ago, I opened another request. My currently active ticket number is 69520470, and I still have not received any response regarding this request either.
I request that I be given a clear and detailed explanation of why my account was banned, especially since I did not use cheats or violate any rules. I also demand that my account, into which I invested significant time and money, be reinstated as soon as possible. If my account is not restored, I expect a thorough and satisfactory explanation regarding all paid transactions and purchases I made.
