I play Rohan2.Global and was unfairly banned without valid evidence. The reason given was unauthorized real-money trading through the Itemci platform. However, I do not even have an Itemci account, and I never participated in any external trading activity. In the game, all my trades were strictly limited to the in-game market. I have spent countless sleepless nights grinding in this game and spent my last savings to enjoy it, yet I was banned indefinitely without a single warning or proof.
After the ban, I tried to reach the support team via Discord, but they ignored me and even blocked my attempts to explain the situation. It is incredibly unfair to lose my entire investment of time and money over an unfounded accusation. They claimed that I traded on an Itemci account that does not even belong to me, effectively wiping out my entire gaming progress and personal spending based on a false identity.
I am demanding the immediate reactivation of my account and an official apology for the wrongful ban. I expect the support team to investigate this case properly instead of silencing players who financially support their game. Please review my case fairly and restore the account that I have invested my time, effort, and money into.
