I play on the Rohan2 Global server and recently experienced an unjust ban on my account. The official reason stated was engaging in off-game trading through an item dealer, but I strongly deny this claim. I have never participated in any unauthorized trading activities. When I reached out to their support team via Discord, they accused me by naming other players and demanded that I explain why I traded with them and what was exchanged. They also asked me to provide evidence of every single trade. This is highly unreasonable, as it is impossible for a player to keep records of every trade, especially when such records should already be available in their system logs.
During the conversation, the support staff member (named “Sga” on Discord) abruptly said, “I'm at work, I can't deal with you anymore,” and left the conversation. Shortly after, I was removed from the support chat room without any resolution. This left me feeling completely abandoned and unfairly treated.
This experience has caused emotional distress and destroyed my trust in the game’s management. Anyone's account could be unfairly banned at any time, leaving them to deal with a negligent and ego-driven support team. I am requesting the immediate reactivation of my account and a formal apology from the support team for their unprofessional behavior and lack of due process. Please resolve this matter promptly and restore player trust in your platform.
