It further states that any third-party site activity, including outside trade, is completely prohibited and will result in account removal from the Palantir server, as well as an explicit restriction on character sales and below-market listings.
The site's Membership Agreement contains more extensive standards, including a prohibition on selling products or currency obtained unlawfully (for example, by bots or hacks) and listing items you do not own or that belong to others.
It also prohibits merchants from advertising sales in in-game chat and requires them to retain HD screen recordings in order to qualify for fraud help, with any violation potentially leading to account closure.
