Roborock S8 Pro Main Brush Cover Failed Within Months of Purchase

I purchased a Roborock S8 Pro robot vacuum cleaner from Hepsiburada’s own seller on 02.11.2025. The device is only a few months old, yet the silicone piece on the main brush cover suddenly came off and started to hang loose. The device was never dropped, hit, or misused; this problem occurred entirely under normal usage conditions. After this issue appeared, the device’s performance visibly decreased. Cleaning time became longer, the battery started to drain faster, and it could no longer pick up some dirt and pieces that it previously cleaned without any difficulty. When I reported the situation to customer service via Roborock’s e-mail and WhatsApp contact, I was only told that the main brush cover is a consumable part and therefore not covered by the warranty. My objection here is that this is not a case of normal wear over years, but a part that failed on its own in a product that is only a few months old, while I am still paying its installments. During my research, I saw that many users with the same Roborock S8 Pro model experienced similar problems specifically with the main brush cover and its silicone piece. For this reason, I do not think this situation is unique to my device; I consider it very likely to be a manufacturing or design-related issue. In my opinion, it is not reasonable to describe a failure that occurs within a few months in this way and exclude it from warranty as if it were a normal consumable wear. If losing functionality within a few months is regarded as “normal” for this part, this seriously damages my trust in the durability of the product as a user. Moreover, despite explaining the problem in detail, my last messages were only seen without any further explanation or solution, which is quite upsetting and disappointing in terms of customer satisfaction. I request that this issue be re-evaluated, that the problem be considered as a possible manufacturing-related defect rather than normal consumable wear, and that my grievance be resolved by providing at least a free repair or replacement of the defective main brush cover and silicone part.
