Roborock S8 Ultra Max V Still Leaks Water After Five Repairs
I purchased a Roborock S8 Ultra Max V robot vacuum via Hepsiburada in April 2025 for approximately ₺58,000. Shortly after purchase, as of February 2026, the device started leaking water from the detergent/mop tank onto the robot itself, so I have been unable to use the product properly. Because of this issue, I contacted the authorized service Recci Teknoloji and sent the device in for repair. I was informed that the device was repaired and it was sent back to me, but the problem continued. In total, I had to send the product to service 5 times. After each service return, the device started giving a different error. During the third service, I was told that the water tank issue was resolved, but then the robot started giving a wheel error. After the last service, the device again began leaking water. In the final report, the service stated that the basic functions of the device were operating normally, that no leakage was detected in the water tank or water distribution system, that the water observed after mop washing was within the normal operating characteristics of the device, and that it was working in line with manufacturer standards. Despite the concrete water leakage I experience, the device was declared fault-free and my problem was evaluated as “normal use”. After the third service attempt, I requested a one-to-one product replacement or a refund, but my request was not accepted. Since February 2026, I have not been able to use the device efficiently. Despite repeatedly calling Roborock headquarters and the authorized service Recci Teknoloji, no permanent solution has been provided. For this product, which has been sent to service many times, whose issue has still not been resolved and which continues to leak water, I request either a one-to-one replacement in line with my earlier demand or a full refund of the amount I paid, and that the inconvenience I have experienced be remedied.
