Roborock Dyad Wet & Dry Vacuum Fan Issue Labeled as User Error

I purchased the Roborock Dyad Wet & Dry Vacuum about nine months ago, expecting a reliable product. However, within just two months of use, the device began showing error messages. I returned it to Media Markt, who then sent it to the authorized service center for inspection. The service center concluded that water had leaked into the vacuum’s fan, causing rust, and classified it as a user error. They charged ₺6500 for the repair, which I find unfair, as I believe this is a design flaw, not user negligence. This experience has eroded my trust in Roborock, and I am now considering filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I also intend to inform others about my experience with this product and brand.
