Roborock Authorized Center Sucks in Turkey

My Roborock S7 has been showing a persistent LIDAR ERROR, rendering it inoperable. Despite the fact that the device is only 21 months old, the so-called Roborock Authorized Service Center in Turkey "denied my request for repair." I'm perplexed by the lack of support for a reputable brand like Roborock when it's most needed. The LIDAR unit appears to be operating normally, but the persistent error message suggests a faulty unit. This ordeal has left me frustrated and in search of solutions. Why would a company sell a high-quality brand like Roborock and then fail to support it when problems arise? As my once-reliable Roborock S7 remains out of commission, I'm eager for a resolution and some clarity in this perplexing situation.
