Free Fire September Booyah Pass Offensive Religious Designs Complaint

To Garena Support, As a player of Free Fire on both mobile and PC on the European server, and as part of the global Muslim community, I am writing to express my deep anger and absolute disappointment regarding the offensive designs in the September Booyah Pass (Stellar Spica updates). The inclusion of shapes, symbols and altered scripts resembling the holy name of “Allah” on in‑game items such as shoes, loot boxes and bombs is deeply sacrilegious and completely unacceptable. Using a sacred name in this manner is a serious violation of religious sanctity and has hurt the feelings of millions of Muslim players around the world. I am aware of your recent statement that these designs will be removed or modified in the upcoming patch planned for 16 September 2026. However, I strongly request that this process be expedited and that all such designs be immediately and fully removed from the game, without waiting for a later update. I also expect Garena to take full accountability for this incident, to conduct an internal review of how such content was approved, and to implement strict checks to ensure that similar disrespectful and insensitive designs are never included in any future updates. Respect for all religions and cultures must be a basic principle in your content policies. I kindly request a clear confirmation that all related designs have been completely removed and information on the steps you will take to prevent such incidents from recurring.
