Roborock Q Revo S Does Not Auto Empty Dustbin Despite Full Settings

Although I set my Roborock Q Revo S model robot vacuum to automatically return to the station and empty the dustbin when it gets full during cleaning, it doesn’t perform this function properly. Even when the battery is fully charged, the device doesn’t empty the bin and continues cleaning with a full dustbin, failing to collect dirt—sometimes even spreading it further. I sent the device in for warranty service, but after 20 days it was returned to me with the explanation that there was no issue. I'm deeply regretting choosing the Roborock brand. I am requesting a replacement with a properly functioning device. Serial number: R77VBD44600892.
