I am absolutely furious with my Roborock Q Revo C Series robot vacuum! I bought this machine, and it has absolutely no suction power; it simply doesn't clean anything! This is completely unacceptable for a vacuum cleaner.
Within the 14-day return period, I tried to send it back for a refund. However, after their "inspection," they incredibly claimed there was no problem with the vacuum and refused my return! I am formally lodging a complaint about this outrageous decision. The vacuum unequivocally does not suck, and I demand my money back!
Roborock has completely victimized me! You sold me a defective product that fails at its most basic function, and then you denied my rightful return. Stop selling faulty vacuums and immediately process my full refund! I expect you to take responsibility for this broken product and the distress it has caused.
