We purchased a Roborock Q7 Max from Vatan Bilgisayar in Istanbul Pendik on October 8, 2023. The brush cover was broken, so the vacuum made a weird noise when it was running. I got it as a present for my partner, and we ended up setting it up a little late. So, we just found out about the problem. I told Vatan Bilgisayar about it, but they haven't responded yet. I want my complaint to be resolved. If there are any other problems with the product, I kindly ask for an inspection and appropriate solution.
