The Beauty Store Sold a Faulty Play Skin Device & Ignored My Complaint
I ordered a Play Skin mesotherapy device from The Beauty Store, and it arrived on September 13, 2024. A few days later, when my mesotherapy serum arrived, I attempted to use the device for the first time. However, during use, the syringe leaked, causing most of the serum to go to waste.
I immediately contacted their WhatsApp support, but they ignored my messages. The next day, I wrote again, stating that I would return the product if they didn’t respond—only then did they reply. Instead of offering a solution, they simply claimed their products are standard and that this issue should not happen. They asked for a video, but since the syringe had already been discarded, they refused to address my complaint.
The Beauty Store, take responsibility and compensate me for the defective product! Others, beware—this company does not stand behind its products and ignores customer complaints!
