Rituals Ignored My Order and Customer Service Did Not Respond

My latest experience ordering from Rituals' website really let me down. I ordered and paid, but I haven’t heard anything about the state of my item. It’s frustrating to be left in the dark, especially after paying in full. I also tried phoning customer service several times, but I haven't heard anything. If this is how Rituals handles orders, I might have to reconsider shopping here again. This degree of service is quite unsatisfactory and annoying. I want a quick answer to my questions and a clear explanation of the state of my order. Please send an update right away. Looking forward to your prompt reply.
