Resumaker AI Unauthorized Subscription Charge
On the morning of 04 April at around 10:10 a.m., my Visa card linked to my BOC bank account was charged 5,990 Sri Lankan rupees by Resumaker AI without my authorization. I did not knowingly start any subscription or trial with this service, so this charge came as a complete surprise to me. After noticing the transaction, I contacted Resumaker AI support to ask for clarification and to request that the payment be reversed. However, I have not received any response from the support team so far, which has increased my concern about this situation. I request that the full amount of 5,990 LKR be refunded to me and that any existing or possible subscription associated with my details be completely cancelled so that no further charges are made to my card. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for written confirmation once the refund and cancellation have been completed.
