I made a purchase on Shutterstock, but I can’t get any information or proper support regarding my order. I’ve tried canceling all plans, but there’s no straightforward way to reach customer service. The contact number is international, making it difficult to connect, and despite leaving my number for a callback, I’ve received no response.

This lack of communication and support is extremely frustrating. I request Shutterstock to cancel all my active plans immediately and provide an accessible way to communicate with customer service for future assistance.
