Rentalcars Refused My Booking Without a Credit Card and Won’t Refund My Payment

I made a reservation on Rentalcars.com with booking number 639322327. When I arrived at the rental office to pick up the car, I was told that I couldn’t receive the vehicle because I didn’t have a credit card. This condition was not clearly disclosed during the booking process.
As a result, I was left stranded with no vehicle—despite the fact that I had already paid in full. Even though I never received the service, Rentalcars refused to issue a refund. I’ve sent multiple emails, yet no one has responded to my complaints.
This is unacceptable. If a credit card is a strict requirement for pickup, it must be clearly and prominently communicated at the time of booking—not hidden in fine print. Rentalcars not only failed to deliver the service I paid for, but is now ignoring my attempts to resolve the issue.
I demand an immediate refund for the undelivered rental and a proper explanation of why this critical detail was not made clear before purchase. I won’t trust this platform again unless this is resolved.
