Rentalcars and Sixt Refuse to Refund Deposit
I rented a car using Rentalcars.com with reservation number 786580313, and the deposit has yet to be refunded. Despite multiple charges being made to my card, there is no clarity about what these charges are for. When I reached out to Rentalcars, they redirected me to Sixt, showing a complete lack of accountability as the intermediary company.
Neither company is taking responsibility for the situation, leaving me frustrated and without my money. Rentalcars is failing to fulfill its role as an intermediary, and Sixt is unresponsive.
I strongly advise others to avoid renting from these companies. I will pursue all necessary complaints and actions to ensure my deposit is refunded promptly. This negligence is unacceptable.
