Rentalcars.com Delayed Refund: €1200 Still Not Returned After Two Months
I rented a car through Rentalcars.com on October 24 and was charged €1200. Although I returned the car on October 30 as agreed, it has now been nearly two months, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite numerous follow-ups, the company keeps repeating, "We’ve processed the refund; check with your bank," but no funds have been credited to my account.
Initially, they assured me the refund would be processed within a week, but now, as of December 23, I am still waiting. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain. I expect Rentalcars.com to resolve this issue immediately and return the €1200 owed to me without further excuses.
