Rentalcars Let Avec Rent Give Me a Different Car Instead of My Reservation

I booked a car from Avec Rent via Rentalcars and paid by credit card for an Opel Mokka SUV. However, when I went to pick up the car, they tried to give me an Opel Corsa instead and said, "Let's cancel it then." I was shocked because I had specifically chosen an SUV for comfort and space. When I questioned them about the change, they simply dismissed my concerns without offering a proper explanation. I ended up renting a car from another company, but the staff at Avec Rent was not nice. Their lack of professionalism and customer care made the experience even more frustrating. I request a refund from Avec Rent.
