Europcar Sabiha Gökçen: Unavailable Car Reservation Issue

I rented a Fiat Doblo or similar vehicle from Europcar's Sabiha Gökçen branch. Upon arrival, they informed me that they could not provide a Fiat Doblo or similar vehicle and offered a Fiat Egea instead. I had explicitly stated that I required a Doblo or a similar vehicle, and the proposed alternative did not meet my needs. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they responded by saying they wouldn't provide any vehicle, which is unacceptable. Consequently, I canceled my reservation.

Despite using a considerate tone with the staff, their indifferent and unhelpful attitude, along with the "take it or leave it" approach, demonstrated a lack of oversight by the company over its employees. This behavior does not reflect well on Europcar. If you plan to rent from Europe's largest car rental company, be prepared for a condescending attitude and lack of concern for customer needs. When requesting information or documentation for a refund, they even accepted taking a photo of their screens with your phone.
