Renault and the Authorized Seller Delayed My Disabled Vehicle Delivery for Months

In August, I bought a Renault Duster from Cihan Automotive as a disabled vehicle, but even after several months, the vehicle has yet to be delivered. The hold-up appears to stem from Renault’s legal team failing to provide the necessary defective technical report, resulting in an unresolved situation. I’ve made several attempts to follow up, yet there has been no significant advancement. This has created a major hassle, as the vehicle is crucial for my disabled brother's ability to get around. I anticipated a more attentive and helpful response from both Cihan Automotive and Renault, considering the situation. I just want the delivery process to finish without any more delays so I can finally get my brother the transport he urgently needs.
