I bought a Renault Express car from the Cetas Renault Sultangazi branch on September 27, 2023. When I went to the branch on October 3, 2023, to pick up my vehicle, I noticed three issues when I checked it with the salesperson. I told them clearly that I couldn't accept the car in this condition. The next steps became even more difficult. After talking about it a lot and waiting, I had to get the car on November 13, 2023, because I really needed it. It was 40 days later. I'm thinking about suing. First, I sent an official notice with a notary, then I talked to a mediator (they offered some money, but it was clear that it wasn't enough to cover my expenses and the decrease in the value of the vehicle), and now I have no choice but to take legal action.
I asked Cetas to fix the broken parts of the car and give me a report on what they did. We've been waiting for a whole week now, and they're saying they still haven't given us the report and won't be able to. Here are the issues I found, and I've included some photos for reference:
There's a problem with the gap and manufacturing of the right door.
The right fender isn't adjusted properly because of a manufacturing problem.
There are gaps and manufacturing errors on the front right hood.
Note: The images I have attached show the defects I mentioned.
