Today, July 21, 2025, at 1:00 PM, I had a scheduled service appointment at Demireller Renault Service in Afyonkarahisar for a vehicle registered under my father's name. I dropped off the car and clearly listed the issues I wanted addressed. Although the car is still under warranty (less than 2 years old), they refused to replace the torn driver-side floor mat, claiming it was not covered under warranty.
I explained that just four days ago, my relatives had their deformed floor mats replaced free of charge at the Çorum Renault dealership, which simply marked the issue in the system. The service staff then asked me for an invoice to prove it—saying if I could provide that, they would offer the same free service. Otherwise, they would not honor it.
I finally received my car at 5:50 PM, after a full 6-hour wait. What’s worse, customers who came after me got their cars back before I did. When I picked up my vehicle, the exterior was washed but the interior hadn’t even been wiped down—it was handed back exactly as I had left it. When I pointed this out, they casually said, “If you have 30 minutes, we can clean it now.” I told them I had to leave immediately as my elderly father with a disability was waiting, took photos of the car, and left.
