Since November, I've been dealing with the consequences of a mishap with my Renault Austral. Despite receiving a report that highlighted the need for a rear bumper replacement and some minor parts, I have been patiently waiting for the arrival of these parts since February 9th. The excessive excitement and attention surrounding this vehicle have ultimately led to disappointment. One of the bumper parts cannot be obtained from France. Even after filing a complaint with the store, they are still unable to give me a delivery date.
Renault does not provide any guarantees regarding the time it takes to procure parts and advises customers to be prepared to wait for an extended period if required. The call center consistently neglects to address customer concerns and merely repeats pre-written responses.
I mentioned my wish to give back the vehicle but didn't get any response.
