Renault ''Check Oil Level'' Error Code

On May 31, 2024, I purchased a Renault car from Fırat Automotive in Şanlıurfa, taking advantage of the disabled discount. However, after only 600 km, the vehicle started displaying a message to "check oil level." Despite more than two months passing since I reported this issue to Renault services, I have not received any resolution. The customer service keeps telling me that they are waiting for a response from France.
I have friends who purchased new vehicles from different companies and experienced similar issues, but they were immediately provided with a replacement vehicle while their problems were resolved. I genuinely regret choosing Renault for my purchase. Dealing with a brand new vehicle that has caused me so much stress, with constant trips to the service center and no solutions for other issues, has been frustrating.
As a result, I will no longer seek service from Fırat Automotive in Şanlıurfa and will take my vehicle to a different city for repairs. I kindly request either a replacement for my defective vehicle or a prompt resolution to my ongoing issues. If this is not addressed, I will have no choice but to initiate legal proceedings, stating that I was sold a defective product. Thank you.
