Renault After Sales Service And Repair Abysmal, Car Stuck at Repairs
On 21.06.2023, I took my vehicle to Bodrum Renault Kutay automotive on the same day to repair the damage caused by my vehicle being hit from behind and started the insurance and repair procedures. My vehicle has not been repaired since that day. When I ask for a written explanation of the problem, I cannot find an interlocutor. I have not used the vehicle for 3 months, I have not had the inspection done and I have suffered financial damage. Renault does not make a written explanation about my vehicle in any way. Since then I'm in such a big, unsolvable situation... They do not give information about when the vehicle will be repaired nor make written statements. Also Renault Turkiye does not give me answers or offer solution. That's why my vehicle's inspection time was delayed and I haven't used the vehicle for 3 months because it hasn't been repaired. I have suffered a loss and it is not clear how long this damage will continue.
