The authorized service stated that they would complete it within at least 6 months and that they could not build the vehicle in a shorter time frame. After being informed of the situation, I took the vehicle to Çetaş, an authorized Renault service center. Parts were requested, but they still did not arrive. At this point, because my wife was pregnant and about to give birth, and if it took a long time to complete, Renault headquarters told me that if the parts came from France, a replacement vehicle could be provided, but then I was told that providing a vehicle was not acceptable. My wife gave birth, and we had a difficult time. I informed Renault about the situation, but they did not even tell me how long it would take to repair my car. They do not even give me time. When asked if I could buy my car after a year, they said, "We don't know, Renault is in a renewal phase; we don't know how long it will take." When I say that, of course, they should be defeated, but that doesn't mean you have to victimize us, I'm told there's nothing they can do. I ask you, is it not possible to predict how long it will take to build a vehicle? Renault Türkiye did not solve my problem. I don't want to complain, but our consultant in Çetaş İzmir is taking care of us. However, the parts have yet to arrive, and they have nothing else to do.
