My Renault Megane's Repair Has Been Delayed Indefinitely

On July 7, 2023, I handed over my 2023 Renault Megane to a tow truck from Kagithane ABC authorized service. They initially kept me waiting, claiming they were awaiting spare parts from abroad but not providing an estimated completion time. When I informed them of the lengthy delay and requested a replacement vehicle, they stated that the spare parts had arrived and that it would be delivered within two weeks, further stalling us. During this process, we contacted Renault Turkey's call center for assistance, but they are also prolonging the problem by stating that they are investigating. My car has been awaiting repairs for 5 weeks, with no clear timeline. I could have had this car repaired in a different shop in less than two weeks. The uncertainty and delays are highly aggravating.
