Renault Clio Repair Delay Complaint

In December 2023, I purchased a new Renault Clio. In May, I hit a dog and took my car to the Konya Çelik authorized service center for repairs. For 10 days, nothing was done. After my persistent follow-ups, they finally informed me that the parts order was placed. Another week passed, and I was told that the front panel and logo needed to come from France. Before any repair work even started, Renault Port scheduled my car for after the holiday, but only after I called for 10 consecutive days did they inform me about the parts delay. The entire process was slow, and they made little effort to keep me updated. It’s disappointing that a brand like Renault, which is known for easy parts availability, has to wait for basic parts like a front panel and logo from France. Even for a simple repair, I will be without my car for at least a month. Renault was preferred for its service network and easy parts supply, but they have failed to meet these expectations, and I no longer recommend them.
