I own a Renault Zoe with license plate 07 BRU 018. On August 26, 2024, I took my car to the Antalya Renault Zamanlar service center for its 60,000 km maintenance and to fix an air conditioning issue. The service team informed me that the faulty A/C part would be replaced under warranty but needed to be ordered from abroad, which could take about a month.
I retrieved the car as the A/C was still functioning temporarily, and I live in Burdur, where I rely on the vehicle daily. However, after multiple follow-ups in October and November, I was repeatedly told the part had not arrived and that there was nothing they could do. By late November, temperatures dropped to -5°C, making the delay unbearable. Despite contacting Renault Mais, I was informed on October 25 that the part was not yet produced and would require additional time.
I requested a replacement vehicle on November 30 from the Zamanlar service center, but no one followed up. Finally, on December 2, E*** Bey from Mais informed me that the part had been manufactured and shipped, yet I’m still left waiting in freezing conditions.
It’s unacceptable for a global brand like Renault to take over three months to produce and deliver a simple part. I regret purchasing this vehicle and demand immediate action to resolve this issue and restore my trust. This level of service is deeply disappointing.
