I am writing to report the serious issues I have experienced with my Renault Express Van due to ongoing mechanical faults and an unresolved service process that began on December 16, 2024, at Karabük Elif Oto and has still not been properly resolved.
My vehicle was first taken to the authorized service because it overheated, and an engine repair was performed. However, in my opinion, this repair was carried out in a careless and unprofessional manner. Later, on April 14, 2025, I experienced a turbocharger failure, which required the turbocharger to be replaced. Then, on September 18, 2025, immediately after the windshield replacement, a new issue occurred and water began leaking into the vehicle. Each time, a different problem appeared, and my vehicle was never returned to me in a fully functional, trouble-free condition.
The first two repairs were performed under warranty, while the windshield replacement was covered by my insurance because the mileage-based warranty had expired. Throughout this process, I had to deal with multiple authorized services, including Karabük Elif Oto, Nevtaş Oto in Kastamonu city center, and again Elif Oto in Kastamonu city center. The authorized staff managing these cases provided no real assistance and did not even supply the replacement vehicle they had verbally promised.
Although I did not make any direct out-of-pocket payments, I suffered significant business losses and hardship because my vehicle remained in service for extended periods. The license plate number of my vehicle is 37 ACF 881.
As a result of all these ongoing problems, my primary request to Renault is that my current vehicle be taken back and replaced with a defect-free and reliable vehicle. I no longer want to use a vehicle that constantly breaks down and causes this level of inconvenience and distress during the service process. I request that my grievance be resolved and that a fast, clear, and fair solution be provided in line with this demand.
