I initiated a transfer of €2,800 from Belgium to my checking account at Yapı Kredi via Remitly on March 24, 2026. However, the money has still not been credited to my account.
I have been dealing with this issue for two days now, and despite checking the status multiple times, I have not seen any progress. I contacted Remitly customer service, and they simply told me to wait 3 days. However, this is money I urgently need, and this uncertainty is causing me hardship.
I request that the €2,800 be immediately transferred to my Yapı Kredi account, or if the transaction cannot be completed, that the full amount be refunded to me without delay.
