Unauthorized Steam Trade Took All My CS2 Skins

On March 25, 2026, at around 3:40 PM, my Steam account was accessed without my permission, and all of the items in my CS2 inventory were transferred to a third party. As a result of this unauthorized action, I lost an inventory worth approximately 10,000 TRY (about $312).

As soon as I noticed the incident, I logged back into my account and immediately submitted a support request through Steam. However, I have not received any response or resolution to date. I currently still have access to my account, but all of my CS2 inventory items are completely gone.

I expect Steam to conduct a thorough investigation into this unauthorized activity on my account and, if possible, fully restore my CS2 inventory items. I am requesting that my financial loss and the harm I experienced be addressed.

I have also recently realized that trades can be canceled, but three trades involving items I purchased with my own money are gone. I am requesting that these items be returned:
