Remington AS5901 E51 Replaced Product Also Defective - Safety Risk

The Remington AS5901 E51 Coconut Smooth Airstyler that I purchased on 02/04/2025 malfunctioned within the warranty period and was delivered to the authorized service, and as clearly stated on the service form issued to me, the product was replaced with a new one; however, the replacement product also turned out to be defective, as it works normally at first use but suffers a noticeable loss of power after a short period of operation, with the power levels failing to function properly—especially the second level, which operates almost at the same strength as the first—clearly indicating a defect, and given that the previous unit had exploded due to overheating, this situation has caused serious safety concerns, leading me to fear that the current device may also explode due to the observed power loss and therefore cannot be used safely; I contacted the authorized service again regarding the issue and submitted all requested documents in full via WhatsApp through the 0850 532 00 14 line, yet I was informed that no action could be taken without an invoice and the service process was not carried out, even though the service replacement document, warranty certificate, and extended warranty records I possess clearly prove that the warranty relationship is still valid under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and constitute legally valid evidence in place of an invoice, making the refusal to proceed despite these documents unlawful; due to this process, I explicitly state that I do not accept another replacement with the same model and request that the product be replaced with a higher or more current model, and if my request is not fulfilled, I declare that I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the relevant legal authorities with all existing service documents, WhatsApp correspondence, and records, and submit this matter to the attention of the public and the authorities.
